OUR STORY
Endless hours of job search and hundreds of coffee's later led us to Highered. We are six passionate international students, who have all struggled finding a job. Either for financial reasons or just to start collecting practical experience, Highered has made this a lot easier!
OUR VISION
New in, one out. Job rotations is a never ending process, yet every individual or company spend a great amount of time and ressources to find their match.
Our vision is to elevate the job matching process for students to improve general labour recruitment and job satisfaction, ultimately enriching costumer experience.
OUR METHODS
To find the perfect match between the candidate and the job we use both education validation, CV, video presentation and psychometrics.
We use our own personality tests developed on the basis of Myers-Briggs Type Indicator to make sure that the candidates you see on the website is the ones that actually fit your vacant job position.
